For 35 years, South Coast Conservatory has been more than a place to practice steps. SCC has been a home where artistic passion, technical excellence, and lifelong friendships take flight.
As registration officially opens for Season 35, we are taking a moment to look back at the journey so far while opening our doors wide to the next generation of dancers, aerialists, and performers.

From humble beginnings to expanding across 15 professional studio spaces in Orange County, SCC has stayed true to a single core mission: changing lives through dance.
More than 1,000 students pass through our doors every year. Some are tiny 6-month-olds discovering rhythm for the first time, and others are adults finding joy, strength, and fitness in movement.
Whether your goal is to step onto a professional Broadway stage, master a graceful ballet variation, or simply build confidence and grace, Season 35 offers a tailored pathway for every milestone.

We have structured our curriculum so that every dancer receives age-appropriate, encouraging, and skill-focused instruction.

- Expanded styles and multi-disciplinary excellence: Students can explore classical V&T ballet training at our Laguna Hills campus, plus cutting-edge hip-hop, musical theater, acro, and aerial arts in Laguna Niguel.
- Many performance opportunities: From fall community performances and annual winter shows to competitive program seasons and the end-of-year Summer Festival, students get real stage experience with professional lighting, costumes, and choreography.
